Submit Your Dog

You can use this page to submit and give permission for your dog to be listed on the GoldenDNA.org website. Simply follow the instructions and enter the information requested below.

Instructions for the application form:

1. Do not include titles in the dog’s name.
2. Submit separate forms for each dog AND for each laboratory that performed DNA testing—even when done on the same dog.
3. The online pedigree link may be to k9data.com or any other online pedigree source available. If the dog is not yet listed on any online pedigree source, please add the dog’s name to k9data.com. Please include the full link in the text field below, ie. http://www.k9data.com/pedigree.asp?ID=####.
4. The Laboratory ID should be the laboratory assigned identification number found on the lab results (ie. Optigen Accession #), not the dog’s registration number.
5. Please email a digital version of your dog’s lab results to results(at)goldendna.org. If you would prefer to snail mail your results, please contact us for more information. Your dog’s results will NOT be posted until we’ve received a copy of your results.
6. You must check the box to give your permission for your dog’s information to be listed in order to submit your application.

Once this information has been submitted to the database, it will remain as a permanent record of this dog’s status for the specific DNA test(s). Changes in ownership or owner contact information can be made by contacting the webmaster.
